How to avoid false ordering?

Be sure to check the tabs "Matching vehicles" and "Article description" for tables of vehicles that contain the limitations for each article. If you find your vehicle in here, the spare part is compatible with your vehicle. Please verify exactly the detailed fitment information and make sure your specific vehicle model is listed. Please take your time and examine carefully the limitations in the article description tabs and pay attention to limitations of the year of manufacture (MY). You find the table of vehicles in "Article description" shown in figure 1, or on the page of the tab "Matching vehicles" as shown in figure 2.

What data of the registration certificate is needed?

- Date of first registration (customers in Germany)
- Vehicle identification number (VIN)

Where to find PR Code of VW, Skoda, Audi, Seat?

This number is necessary to identify accurately the exact brake parts for the vehicle, that is why we need the PR code (Primary Equipment) for certain VW, Skoda, Seat and Audi vehicles. These codes consist of three digits (letters & numbers), that you will find on a sticker on the first page of the service book and/or in the vehicle boot (spare wheel well).

What is an engine code and where can I find it?

The engine code appears in different ways depending on the manufacturer. Please search:
- on a sticker under the bonnet
- on a sticker in entry or door pillar of your vehicle
- at the inner wall of the tank flap
- in your service book
