Schritt 1
Sie senden uns Ihren defekten Bremssattel zusammen mit dem ausgefüllten Aufarbeitungsantrag, den Sie in unserer Bildergalerie finden können. Die Kosten für den Hinversand sind von Ihnen zu tragen. Die Kosten für den Rückversand des aufgearbeiteten Bremssattels übernehmen wir.
Schritt 2
Nach Erhalt des defekten Bremssattels überprüfen wir, ob eine Restauration möglich ist. Eine Reparatur bei defekten Innengewinden, abgerissenen Entlüftern, sowie defekten Schrauben ist mit einem Aufpreis möglich. Bei Rissen im Gehäuse ist eine Aufarbeitung nicht möglich. In diesem Fall werden wir Ihren Bremssattel unbearbeitet und ohne Kostenberechnung zurücksenden.
Schritt 3
Ihr defekter Bremssattel wird von unserem Fachpersonal generalüberholt, neu pulverbeschichtet sowie auf vollständige Funktion geprüft. Gerne können Sie die genauen Restaurationsschritte in unserem beigefügten Video ansehen.
Schritt 4
In der Regel senden wir den aufgearbeiteten Bremssattel innerhalb von 2 bis 3 Wochen wieder an Sie zurück.
